I just read a post about the happiness project on one of my favorite photographers, Tanya Malott’s blog, and I wanna do it.
Lately I’ve been feeling quite stressed and under pressure, mostly because I want things to move a lot faster. Yesterday I chanted and then talked for a long while with one of my fellow SGI member friends, Bob. We had a very good conversation about life, goals, the baggage you carry, and so on. I love the positive energy that the SGI practice and many members carry around with them at all time.
My goal with this Happiness Project is to bring more smiles in my own daily life as well as the people around me. Smile is the most contagious disease.
Step 1) Identify what brings you joy, satisfaction, and engagement, and also what brings you guilt, anger, boredom, and remorse.
